Our emotions and feelings can be hard to manage and keep balanced. We have so many things that can affect our emotions, from our diets and sugar intake to insufficient sleep and stressors from work or managing day-to-day activities of our households. It can really take a toll on our emotions and how we feel. Relationships, work, money, weather, health, life in general—it all affects us positively AND negatively when it comes to our emotions. And we all need emotional support in some way, shape, or form, which is where essential oils come into play.
Now you may be thinking, "No way is just smelling an oil going to make me happier.” But I am here to say, “Yes! Yes it is!” Now of course, like I said earlier, there are many factors that affect our emotions, and we need to look at our emotional health with a broad, broad lens. But for basics and in combination with other measures to support our best emotional health, essential oils are incredibly powerful when it comes to supporting and balancing our emotions.
